Instructions for booking and payment

Deadline for fee payment: 10th of July.

To register for the EPIC 2024 workshop, please execute these 3 steps:

1. Fill out the form on the indico web page.
2. For all: follow this link http://kassiopea.onlinecongress.it/ElectroweakPhysicsInterseCtions_EPIC2024 to register with our partner agency (Kassiopea) and for non-students (PostDoc and Staff) to pay the fee (also for the accompanying person).
3. Download this form (in Italian and in English) for the hotel reservation. Please complete this form in its entirety and send it to the booking e-mail: bookingcongressuale@bluserena.it as soon as possible together with the payment of 10% of the stay (payment instruction in the form). The room must be completely paid by the 21st of August.

Upon the completion of these steps, your registration will be considered as complete.

We may be able to offer limited support aimed mainly, but not exclusively, at the young participants. In case you would like to apply for it, it can be indicated in the registration form (step 1).

Hotel (Step 2)

• The cost of a double room (single use) full board is 126 + 3 (city tax) euros/night per person.
• For PhD students: the cost of a double room (double use) full board is 74 + 3 (city tax) euros/night per person. Note that you only need to pay for 5 nights since the additional night needed for the school is covered by the sponsors.

The full board includes buffet dinner, breakfast, and lunch (drinks included). Moreover, it includes luggage service, wifi, private beach use (one sun umbrella and two beach beds available per room), and free parking. Please note that the full board starts from the dinner of the arrival day until the lunch of the departure day: thus, if you arrive during the morning, an extra lunch must be paid for separately (26 euro per person).

Conditions

• Registrants cancelling before the 21st of August will receive a complete reimbursement of the hotel costs. After that date, a 100% penalty is foreseen. 

Registration Fee (Step 3)

The fee covers the social activities of the workshop, namely a welcome drink, a social dinner, and an excursion.

PhD students are not required to pay the fee.

• Regular (deadline July 10th 2024): 200 euros.

If you have accompanying person(s) you may indicate it in the registration form (step 1). Same fee applies to the accompanying persons wishing to join the social activities. If you need any further information, please contact us at epic2024workshop@gmail.com.

Cancellation Policy

• Registrants cancelling  will not receive a fee refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived.
• Registration fees may be transferred to another individual.
